This complex terrorist thriller should be heart-stopping on audio. It combines two deeply compelling stories. The first carries the listener across Europe from Barcelona to Denmark in pursuit of a psychopathic terrorist plotting to set off a bomb in an iconic Berlin church. If not stopped, his cadre will destroy lives and a landmark particularly beloved and symbolic for Berliners. Plus it's harrowingly personal for Danish Department Q officer Assad, whose family are held by the terrorists. Meanwhile, Department Q is also trying to find and stop a young Copenhagen man who is credibly threatening to behead his parents.
