      Anyone interested in collage, no matter their skill level, can follow collage artist and art educator Price's carefully outlined steps to create their own works of art using ordinary household items. An introduction, background of the art form, tools, supplies, materials, and safety tips are all included. He gives readers the option to complete projects as presented (basic to complex) or at their skill level. Each project is presented with pictures and clear steps to follow. Price includes a page of each project dedicated to a specific artist, their contribution to art, and their creative style. He then incorporates that style into the design of that collage, doing an excellent job of including art history and technique without being overwhelming or taxing to readers. He includes the right amount of information for those who have limited knowledge and for readers who may be inspired to learn more about the artists presented. VERDICT This book is well worth the investment and can lead to hours of enjoyable creativity, group art events, and beautiful collages.--Laura Ellis
